Effective dates are based on when you submit (enter) the application and the member e-signs the app. Please review our Effective Date Schedule if you are looking to get a specific effective date so you know when the application must be submitted to be eligible for the chosen effective date.

Effective dates refer to the start date of coverage for a plan. They are determined based on when you submit the application and when the member e-signs the application. Having the correct effective date ensures that coverage begins as anticipated and prevents any gaps to service.
